211 API Request Form

This form should be completed to request a new API key for a local partnership, or to provide information about existing API products.

 

Please select NEW if you are creating a new API product (and need the key sent to someone).

If you are updating information about an API product already in use, please select EXISTING.

 

The following information ensures we create the right API key for this particular project and partnership.

 

Please enter the name(s) of the 211(s) that own the data that will be shared.

 
 

If this request is being made by a data steward acting on behalf of a group of 211s (for example, a state collaborative), please share the name of the data steward here.

Revenue / Financial Considerations

As stated in the NDP agreement, when an organization enters an agreement with a third-party to license access of their data and uses the NDP to facilitate the transmission of data, UWW will charge a fee of 5% of the data valuation within the contract.
