To request the President’s participation at an event, please complete and submit this form.
Give a brief overview of the event, and include event theme/history.
e.g. 20 Minutes

List Names of any Elected officials, USG representatives, community leadership, donors, supporters etc.
provide event history, theme, relevant statistics, data, past honoree(s)
Program/Agenda should include the order of speakers no later than one week prior of the event.
