Applicants who have submitted an admission application and have answered the Residency questions incorrectly or not at all must fully complete this form. This will determine if the student can be coded as a Georgia Resident for Residency and Tuition purposes, allowing them to pay the in-state rate for tuition.

In-State Tuition

This form is for students who are appealing their residency status for tuition purposes. If you are a non-resident student, not applicable for in-state tuition, you do not need to complete this form.
