2025 CI Host Application

Thank you for your interest in hosting a 2025 CASE Institute! Applications are due Friday, September 20th, 2024. After the application pool has closed, CASE will work to select the 2025 CASE Institutes and BriefCASEs for announcement at the 2024 National FFA Convention. While BriefCASE applications are ongoing, we strive to have the schedule set for the summer prior to convention for marketing and logistics.

New Policies

The CASE Executive Committee met this summer to finalize a few policies.

Lengthened registration deadlines (April 30th for June events, May 15th for July/August events)
Remove lodging from CASE Institute registration fees. Hosts continue to offer one evening meal within registration price.
Consistent pricing model for 2025 CASE Institutes (for example, all AFNRs would be the same price)

Scope and Sequence (5 days in-person, followed by 2 days virtual)

Option 1 - Reserve a block of hotel rooms for participants to make their own room reservations. The hotel should offer a free breakfast. Hosts will provide one evening meal on an evening of their choice.

Option 2 - Set up a room and board package for participants to reserve with the host. This may be an optimal choice for hosts that use dormitories and campus cafeterias. Hosts will provide all evening meals.

CASE Institute Polos

I agree to provide participants with a complimentary CASE polo with their registration. Hosts choose the color, brand, style, etc. The polo must include the new CASE 4 Learning logo, but can also include local branding, school insignia, etc. Participants with late registrations are not guaranteed a polo. This is included in the cost of the registration ($40 value).
