Entry Form

Entries will be accepted through December 2nd, 2022. KBIS judges will select up to 10 brands, a combination of kitchen, bath, technology and supporting products, to participate on the KBISNeXT Stage, Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 12 noon.


Final brands will be notified the week of December 5th, 2022. Brands will be publicized beginning December 12, 2022.


If selected, exhibitor agrees to pay $8,500 sponsorship fee.

Who will be coordinating the logistics of the presentation?

Who will be presenting on the KBIS NeXT Stage? Please note that all presenters must be employees of the company, not a 3rd party presenter.

Provide three (3) key points to be covered during 3 minute presentation.

Please give a 100 word summary of why this product has the WOW factor. What will intrigue, engage and excite the audience about your product?

  1. Exhibitor agrees to rehearse DesignBites presentation on January 30, 2023 (additional details to be confirmed in January) and present during the event on January 31, 2023.
  2. Exhibitor agrees to pay $8,500 sponsorship fee if selected.
  3. Product or service submitted must be launched within the last show year i.e., between KBIS 2022 and KBIS 2023.
  4. Presentation must be made by an employee of the exhibiting brand, not a third-party presenter.
  5. Failure to meet target deadlines, and inability to meet the provided presentation template standards will result in disqualification from the program process. At that point a "runner up" exhibitor brand will be chosen.
  6. Deadline for applications is November 18, 2022
  7. Ten brands will be chosen to participate.
  8. Exhibitor agrees to appear in promotions before, during, and after the event, including but not limited to product images, logos, and presenters.
  9. Exhibitor agrees to be live-streamed at KBIS during the presentation.
  10. Participants must be exhibitors at KBIS 2023.
  11. Final brands will be notified the week of November 28, 2022. Brands will be publicized beginning December 12, 2022.
  12. Brands may submit up to 5 products for consideration, but finalists will only qualify with one product per company.
