HCCC is committed to helping students overcome unexpected life barriers that hinder their academic success. We know an emergency or unexpected bill can derail a student's education. Please keep in mind, this form is only checked Monday through Friday when the College is open.

Students may request emergency funding for a one-time unexpected expense that may prevent them from continuing their education. The money will be paid directly to the third party on behalf of the student. The following are not considered emergency expenses: Credit card debt, loan debt, tuition, and fees. Please contact the Financial Aid Office (financial_aid@hccc.edu) for assistance with tuition and fees. You can also find scholarship opportunities, including a book scholarship at HCCC Scholarships.

Please submit this simple form and upload the bill or expense you request payment for. Someone from our Hudson Helps Resource Center will contact you and provide additional helpful resources. You can also contact them at emergencyfund@hccc.edu.

To be eligible for emergency funding, students must:

• Be currently enrolled and attending classes.
• Making appropriate progress toward degree or credential attainment.
• Not have a current code of conduct violation.
• Meet with the Hudson Helps Resource Center to discuss additional support services.

To receive payment, organizations/individuals will need to submit a W9 form.
