Greetings Girl Scouts! Congratulations on completing your faith based award(s)! Kindly, fill out this form so that the council can order your award and send it to you.


Once all information is confirmed then your Girl Scout can sign up to this link here to confirm your attendance at the GY 2024-2025 Faith-Based Awards Ceremony. Make sure to RSVP here, by March 1st, 2025.
