Better Futures Program

JBS employees must request tuition assistance benefit for educational expenses.

JBS covers tuition only for all eligible employees and dependents up to $1750.00 per semester.

Note: Any financial assistance from FAFSA, grants, scholarships, other outside agencies are applied to your costs first. JBS is payor of last resort.


All JBS employees required to complete this intake form, every semester, to receive tuition assistance.


Check your Finances dashboard in Workday after midterms for updates and view your semester bill for remaining balance owed.
