🛑🤚 Please include us in your planning process! Be sure your reservation is confirmed for Assist support before sending attendee invitations.✋🛑
- EMAIL RESPONSE FROM SCHEDULING will be within TWO business days. We are not able to respond same day**
- All reservations are booked on a first come, first served basis. We highly recommend booking minimally 4-6 WEEKS before your event date.**
- While we will always do our best to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee availability or that the same producer will be assigned to all planning meetings in support of your reservation.
- Meeting Login Details will be provided after your consultation with your producer (Lifecycle Assists)
**additional lead time is required for events with a duration greater than 2 hours

CANCELLATION POLICY:
To avoid forfeiture of service, please see below

- Less than 2 WEEKS to 5 BUSINESS DAYS: Must provide a new event date within 2 business days
- Less than 5 BUSINESS DAYS: Must provide a new date at time of cancellation
- Cancellations within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of the live event date will be deducted from your available account balance
