Terms & Conditions
By participating in ARB USA’s Online Product Locator and associated ROPIS (Reserve Online, Pick Up In-Store) features, the dealer ("Participant") agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
Participation is limited to current ARB Authorized Dealers in good standing who meet ARB’s installation capability and customer service standards.
Inventory Sharing
Participant agrees to provide ARB or its third-party platform (e.g., Locally) with accurate, timely inventory data, updated no less than once per day via FTP, API, or scheduled CSV uploads.
Inventory provided must reflect actual, in-store stock available for immediate reservation or purchase.
Promotional Pricing Compliance
Participant agrees to honor all active ARB promotional pricing and advertised campaigns during the specified promotional period.
Participants must not advertise ARB products below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) unless otherwise authorized in writing by ARB USA.
Reservation Fulfillment
Participant agrees to respond to reservation requests in a timely manner (typically within 4 business hours) and to hold reserved items for a minimum of 24 hours after confirmation.
Failure to consistently fulfill or respond to reservations may result in suspension or removal from the locator program.
Customer Service Standards
Participant agrees to provide professional, courteous in-store service to customers referred through the ARB product locator, and to act in a manner that positively reflects the ARB brand.
Termination or Suspension
ARB USA reserves the right to suspend or remove any dealer from the product locator at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) violations of MAP policy, failure to provide accurate inventory, or repeated poor customer experiences.
Use of Data
Inventory, transaction, and performance data shared through this program may be used by ARB USA to optimize customer experience, measure program success, and improve marketing efforts. Dealer-specific data will not be shared with other dealers.
No Fees to ARB
While ARB USA does not charge a fee for locator participation, dealers acknowledge and accept that any third-party platform (e.g., Locally) may apply a transaction fee (currently 3.5%) for completed ROPIS reservations.
By continuing to participate in the ARB Product Locator program, the dealer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and any future amendments made with reasonable notice.
