RMIT-OUA (COBL) Academic Progress Interview Request for Academic Performance Improvement Plan

This CoBL (College of Business and Law) form is used to make an appointment with an Academic Advisor to discuss your Academic Performance Improvement Plan and how it can be tailored to best suit you. They’ll work with you to understand why your studies have been affected and identify relevant support services. This interview will be held online over Microsoft teams.


IMPORTANT: Please submit your request within 10 days of receiving your notification email. After that time, we are not able to guarantee the availability of your academic assessor.
