This form is used by PHAs to request eCR direct support (DS) activities that may include mapping eCR data to surveillance systems, parsing to a database for analysis, giving access to your local investigators and others. Authoring support can be requested here.

The goal of Direct Support is to help you and your locals use eCR data.

*Please note that Direct Support engagements will require a time and resource commitment on behalf of the requesting PHA. The Direct Support team will require assistance with understanding business needs, defining solution requirements, deploying and testing integrations, etc. If your PHA does not have the bandwidth to support these activities in a timely manner, the Direct Support engagement may be put on hold or canceled.
