Establishing Community Support for Drug-Endangered Youth

(Formerly known as "Using COSSUP Grants for the Often Forgotten Ones")

The National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children (NADEC) and two very different communities will discuss the importance of efforts to include early identification of, intervention for, and ongoing services to drug endangered children, their families, and communities. Participants will understand how developing a DEC Alliance will increase the likelihood of effective, long-term outcomes. DEC Alliances are built by using the DEC Approach to create a collaborative effort aimed at changing the trajectory of children's lives, providing help, hope, and support for lasting impact.
