Cancer Consortium Member Impact Tracking: Awards, Grants, External Committees

For CCSG reporting purposes, the Consortium Administration Team is tracking honors, large grants, and external committee service for Consortium members.


Below are a few examples of the types of activities that are appropriate for this form:

  • External awards
  • Large external grants
  • Service on national committees
  • Any activity or work that results in changes in policy or paradigm for cancer research or has far-reaching impacts for health equity
