Summer Education Benefits Request

To use the Summer Education Benefits, you must first apply for admission, pay the admission application fee, and be admitted to a WSU campus. ONLY FOUR (4) CREDITS FOR ELIGIBLE COURSES ARE COVERED UNDER THE TUITION WAIVER FOR SUMMER. However, please list ALL courses you wish to be enrolled in regardless of eligibility. Office of the Registrar will begin enrollment processing on first day of classes. Please allow 5-7 business days for enrollment processing, dependent upon approvals needed and/or received. Per BPPM 60.73, the Employee Tuition Waiver is available only to WSU Employees and ROTC faculty/staff during the Summer term.

 
 
 

Requests after Open Enrollment require additional permissions. When you check this box, we attempt to obtain permission to enroll you in the course. Note: If you are requesting to be enrolled after open enrollment and do not check this box, your request will take longer to process.

The tuition waiver may be used for up to four (4) credits. Hours in excess of four are subject to regular tuition and mandatory fees. This form will allow you to request up to 3 courses.

Individuals under the WSU Tuition Waiver Program are registered on a space-available basis and a $5.00 non-refundable administrative fee is applied to your student account. Any other applicable special course fees or laboratory fees are due by the tenth day of the term. Hours in excess of four (4) are subject to regular tuition and mandatory fees.
