Meet at Steinbach: 8:30 AM, Clearspring Centre, 178 Hwy 12 North, Back Parking Lot

9:00 AM Ag Finance and Tech Session – Steinbach Credit Union and mode40

10:00 AM Global Food Production & Lunch Session – HyLife Foods

1:15 PM Logistics Session – Steve’s Livestock

2:30 PM Farm to Fork Session – Country Meat & Deli and Alterra Innovation

4:00 PM Return to Clearspring Centre

All other attendees meet the bus between 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. at to Clearspring Mall,178 PTH Hwy 12, Steinbach begin the tour day
