Grant Application Guidelines

MHI and MHEFI award a limited number of schools or individuals with travel grants or school stipends to help offset the cost of travel to ProMat 2023. Funds will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for applicants meeting the requirements. Approvals will be communicated by email.

Upon notification of approval, all student names and emails must be submitted by January 31 in order to receive the grant/stipend.

Schools located 100+ miles from Chicago, IL can apply for travel grants of $250 per person up to 15 students.

Schools located under 100 miles from Chicago, IL will receive a travel stipend of $250 for the school. To qualify for the stipend at least five (5) students must be registered and attend the event.

Travel Grants will be sent by check via USPS and will be disbursed mid-April 2023.
