Funding Details

NOTE FOR FACILITIES SUPPORTED PROJECTS:

Beginning in fiscal year 2022 — 2023, Facilities Services led projects directly assigned to new faculty spaces will be funded by Facilities Services through monies provided at the campus level. All projects not related to new faculty, such as existing faculty spaces or administrative space remodels, will be paid for by the requestor through a COA.

The Facilities Services expanded project management team will manage all projects to ensure efficiency and adherence to all campus renovation guidelines.

COA & New Faculty Letter Information

If this project is not for a new faculty member, a valid COA is required. If this project is to directly support new faculty, a recruitment letter is required.
