First Time Family Orientation

If you would like to become a client of the New Braunfels Food Bank, we need to meet you in-person for an application and orientation.

You do NOT need to make an appointment for this.

First come, first serve at the following times:

Monday - Wednesday: 9 - 11 am | 1 - 3 pm
Thursday: 9 - 11 am
Friday: 1 - 3 pm
1st, 3rd, & 5th Saturdays of the month: 9 - 11 am

How to schedule an appointment

If you are already a client of the New Braunfels Food Bank, and would like to schedule an appointment for food assistance, please visit us any time during our normal operating hours.

Monday - Saturday

8 am - 5 pm

If it has been more than 30 days since you last received services from us, we will then be able to issue a walk-up basket to you and then schedule your next appointment.
