Faculty, Staff, and Recruit Intake Form

This is an internal form for Stanford HR administrators, department chairs, and/or hiring managers who are interested in scheduling an affordability meeting on behalf of staff, faculty, or recruits. The affordability meeting lasts approximately one-hour and is held in-person or on Zoom with a Faculty Staff Housing (FSH) team member.


The information is required and used to determine eligibility and run affordability models during the meeting. Once the information is received, a FSH staff member will reach out to the department via email to schedule a meeting. Please note we are booking out approximately two weeks due to a high volume of requests.

  • Graduate School of Education (GSE)
  • School of Engineering (SOE)
  • School of Humanities and Sciences (H&S)
  • School of Law (SLS)
  • School of Sustainability (DSS)
  • SLAC
  • Hoover Institute
