Annual Habitat Restoration Reporting

This form should be used by partners of the Tampa Bay Estuary Program (TBEP) to report habitat restoration, protection, or maintenance projects that were completed, or are anticipated to be completed, between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025. The deadline for submitting this information is July 31, 2025. Please use the habitat definitions available in this document to complete the form.

TBEP reports these activities to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) each year to showcase the important habitat work of you and other partners. TBEP will include reported projects in the annual Habitat Report Card and on the Water Atlas webpage.

Thanks for your continued commitment to protecting, restoring, and enhancing the habitats of the Tampa Bay watershed!
