Healthy Living Campus Draft EIR Comments - Public Comments for March 24, 2021

To have public comment read into the record or to give a verbal comment on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) technical sufficiency of the impact analysis, mitigation measures and alternatives during the Board of Directors meeting on March 24, 2021, please fill out this form. Members of the public are not required to submit personal information. All official Draft EIR public comments received by the June 10 deadline will be included and responded to in the final Environmental Impact Report. Draft EIR comments at the March 24 meeting will begin following the Draft EIR presentation by Wood Environment at the regularly scheduled BCHD Board of Directors meeting. For more information on how to submit a Draft EIR comment, visit bchdcampus.org/eir RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC TESTIMONY • During the “Public Discussion,” any member of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes on any item within the jurisdiction of the District that is not on the agenda. Members of the public may provide the Committee with written notes or comments in case their 3 minutes expire. • Members of the public may also address the Committee for up to three minutes on any agenda item at the time such items is considered by the Committee, provided a maximum of fifteen minutes per meeting will be allowed for each member of the public.
