Application Components and Requirements

• Cover Sheet
• A one page Specific Aims plan that describes your proposed research project
• A one page Training Plan that describes the proposed career development of the trainee.
• Mentor NIH biosketch
• Trainee NIH biosketch
• Two letters of recommendation. One of these letters must be from your mentor.
• Transcripts (undergraduate and graduate- can be “unofficial”)

The application components should be combined into a single PDF.
