Policies and Procedures*

All attendees—including students, parents, chaperones, drivers, and infants—must have a reserved seat.

Attendees are seated by group and assigned seats at the discretion of Mount Baker Theatre based on the needs of the entire audience. MBT makes an effort to seat schools/classes together. Seating charts are emailed approximately one week prior to show. Reservations made within one week of the show may not receive an advance seating assignment and may be seated in a sperate location.

Teachers/schools are responsible for their own transportation. MBT will assign bus loading zones by street. All buses must park off-site during performances, either at BSD Transportation Center or Civic Field (non-BSD buses).

You will not receive individual tickets. Bring your email confirmation to identify your group or students.

→ For questions about reservations/payments contact the MBT Box Office at tickets@mountbakertheatre.com or (360) 734-6080.
