Please mail to us the original, signed copy of the Pastor's letter to the Archbishop, keeping a copy for your records. The other documents you uploaded here can be retained by the parish for the parish archive.
Someone from the Chancellor's Office will make contact with you through the return email address(es) you provided. Hopefully the matter you present here has met all the process requirements/expectations of the College of Consultors, in which case the Chancellor's Office will be able to give a definitive date for review by the College of Consultors and Archbishop; however, it could be that the project will require a little more preparation, in which case the Chancellor's Office will inform you of the fact.
