Report SEVIS Records terminated and reactivated

NAFSA is collecting information about ICE-terminated SEVIS records that have been reactivated. We are also interested in reactivated SEVIS records that have again been terminated by ICE. This information will help us ascertain ICE’s progress in reactivating records and look for possible patterns in the re-terminations.

You may submit these reports anonymously. NAFSA will not share specific anecdotes gathered but will use the information collected to describe broadly what is occurring and identify patterns and trends. Please designate one individual from your institution to report cases to avoid duplicate reporting.

This is the total number of SEVIS records that were terminated by ICE that ICE subsequently reactivated to "Active" status.
