What the Eyes Don't See
A Story of Crisis, Resistance, and Hope in an American City
Join us for PIZZA and discussion of What the Eyes Don’t See by Mona Hanna-Attisha in the Library Tower room (3rd floor). The book is her eye-opening account of the Flint, Michigan water crisis. It highlights a number of themes relevant to health care - structural factors contributing to health inequity, the power of interprofessional teamwork, and the concept of One Health.
Don’t worry if you haven’t had a chance to read or finish to book – there is a lot to talk about!
