For those in the Houston area we offer a convenient option to return your Covid-19 specimens.

For all those who return the specimens via drop-off (instead of using the prepaid FedEx labels) we will extend a $20 rebate.

To qualify for the rebate please follow the instructions below and fill out this form.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Please ensure the specimens are sealed in the GeneByGene specimen bag.
2. Fill out the form once you arrive at one of 2 drop off locations.
3. Make sure to take a photo of the specimens being dropped off (ensure the barcode on the outer specimen bag is clearly visible)
4. Drop off your specimen(s).
5. Your rebate should be issued within 72 hours of drop off.

• The specimen drop box is located behind the office building where the parking garage and office building connect on the ground level.
• You will see 2 gray drop boxes marked BSL2 , open either one and deposit your sample(s).
• Make sure to fill out the form and take a photo of the specimen(s) prior to dropping off your samples.
