Community Engagement Form


Please complete this form if you're looking for CSUF Police Department personnel to attend your event, for a tour, use of equipment, non-media interviews, or assistance with content creation.


Submission of your request does not guarantee your date/time is confirmed.


Requests must be submitted at least 14 days ahead of the date requested.


Requests for specialized events, tours, or appearances may be requested by choosing the "Other" option. Specialized requests must be made at least 30 days in advance to ensure proper staffing and resources are available.

If your request is for our DUI Goggles Only (No CSUF PD Activity), please be aware you are asking to borrow the goggles, and you will conduct your activity.

If you're requesting a tabling event, training, etc. that would require us to set up before the engagement time, please note when we can arrive.

*Note: Events, appearances, training, interviews, tours, and meet and greets can occur outside of our normal business hours if staffing permits.

If your event will take place in a CSUF parking lot, you will need permission from CSUF Parking & Transportation and a quote for their services to include orange cones.

If your event will take place in a CSUF parking lot, you will need to reserve a parking lot through Parking & Transportation.


If on campus, we can't proceed until you have permission from Parking & Transportation, an approved quote, and a reserved parking lot.
