Student employment application form

If you are interested in becoming a student worker for the Office of Outreach, please complete this form. Completing this form does not guarantee employment.


Please review the office hours below to verify you will be available to work between those times.

Office Hours:

Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

The application is current suspended until further notice

We are NOT accepting applications at this time. Please check back after Spring 2025.

International Student Eligibility:

  1. Take at least 12 units while you are working
  2. Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 (Cumulatively and quarterly)
  3. Have fewer than 180 attempted credits/units combined at De Anza and Foothill.
  4. Must live in California
  5. Must maintain a U.S mailing and permanent address on their records


If hired, you will require a letter of intent from the Office of Outreach to present to the International office to help you obtain social security number (SSN).

Student Employment Eligibility

  2. Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 (Cumulatively and quarterly)
  3. Have fewer than 180 attempted credits/units combined at De Anza and Foothill.
  4. Must live in California
