3D Printing Special Request Form

To help us evaluate your request, please complete this form with all the necessary information. Please remember to send Will (wor6ngd@virginia.edu) an email to alert him that you just submit a special print request. Normally, you can expect to hear the result in 3 business days.

Please evaluate whether 3D printing is the best tool for completing your project. CNC or laser cutter maybe better alternatives for certain projects.
