NON-EMERGENCIES: SUBMIT THIS FORM
Non-Emergencies
Please use this form to report non-emergency maintenance issues, which will be addressed during regular business hours. Examples of non-emergencies include:
• Locked out of the house
• Broken refrigerator, oven, or dishwasher
• Climate control not working during mild temperatures
• Pest control concerns
Emergencies
If you experience a true emergency, please follow the guidance below:
• Fire – Dial 911 immediately
• Heating repair – Only considered an emergency if the outside temperature is below 40°F
• Clogged toilet or drain – Emergency. Call the emergency number below
• Broken pipe – Emergency. Shut off the water valve or main water line, then call the emergency number
• Broken doorknob, lock, or window – Use temporary measures until business hours, then call the office
• No hot water – Use temporary measures until business hours, then call the office
• No electricity – First contact National Grid to confirm there is no outage or billing issue. Check your electrical panel for any tripped breakers. A full outage may be an emergency; a partial outage is not.
Emergency calls DURING normal business hours: (508) 228-4422. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding holidays).
Emergency calls AFTER normal business hours: (508) 901-9098. Please be mindful this alerts staff during their personal time. If you have not received a response within 15 minutes, please try again to ensure the correct information was received. We will respond as quickly as possible to situations that are emergencies.
