Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation Internship Application

Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) welcomes student interns from Rehabilitation Counseling and related training programs. All placements are onsite/in person only. We do not offer virtual internship placements. This form will give you the opportunity to apply for an internship or both internship and practicum. VR is unable to accept applications from students who are only seeking practicum placements. Please complete all sections of this application.

Attaching a current resume, cover letter, and unofficial transcript is a requirement. Be sure to have these documents ready when you begin your application, progress cannot be saved.

A copy of this application will be kept with the VR Internship Coordinator as well as being shared with the Branch Managers and potential Site Supervisors at the VR offices you have indicated in this application. All students placed in a VR office must pass a background check before they can begin onsite. Having a criminal background will not necessarily impact your ability to serve as an intern or practicum student with VR.
