Presentation Request Form

Would you like to learn more about IN LSAMP? Submit the presentation request form and a member of our project will contact you. Guidelines • Presentations are offered Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. (Requests submitted outside this timeframe will be reviewed on case-by-case request) • A request form should be submitted at least one week before preferred presentation date. • Presentations are open to faculty, staff, and student groups located in Indiana. Outside requests should be directed to Michelle Quirke, mvquirke@iu.edu There are options for Zoom or webinar presentations.
