White Box Study of 'Real World' Samples


Thank you for your participation in the Forensic Technology Center of Excellence (FTCOE) Seized Drug Interlaboratory Comparison Study funded by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ, 15PNIJ-21-GK-02192-MUMU).


Please complete the following participating agency information form once. After submission, you will be redirected to a separate form to provide sample information. The results will be compiled and reviewed to evaluate various analytical schemes. Results for the study will be anonymized and reported in aggregate form. Neither the participant laboratories nor their individual responses will be identified in the final report.

Isomer Differentiation*

At your agency, how often do you do isomer differentiation? Select ONE.

Sample Specific Questions

For each sample analyzed, you will need to provide the following:

  • Sample ID Number
  • Report File Upload
  • Other Non-Reported Findings
  • Quality Assurance Measures Used
  • Sample components Identified


For each component identified in the sample, you will need to provide the following:

  • Component Identified
  • Tests Performed
  • If an In-House Reference Material was Used
  • If an External Library was Used
