Summer & Self Pay Course Grades Request
Grades from summer quarter enrollment and those courses during the regular academic year (fall, winter and spring) that are self-pay (including CMATH and AMATH) do not automatically go to the high school because you are not enrolled as a Running Start student for those classes and pay out of pocket. If you have completed courses as self-pay that you need to meet high school graduation requirements, please complete this form. Please allow up to 1 business week for processing.
You will be CCed on the email to your high school that includes the PDF copy of your SPSCC transcript.

I understand by submitting this form I am requesting for my grades from the courses listed at SPSCC to be sent to my high school. I also understand that my grades may not post to my high school transcript until next academic year if this form is being submitted at the end of summer quarter as the high schools are not in operation over the summer term.
