2023 SACNAS TCU Student Professional Development Workshop - Albuquerque, NM

Join us for a professional development workshop on “Successfully Navigating Application Processes“ to be held on March 6, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel (across from the Albuquerque Convention Center). This one-hour interactive session will focus on providing students with the tools and strategies to complete an application ranging from internships, graduate programs and scholarships.


The presenter for this workshop is Katrina McClure. Katrina (Muscogee) is a PhD candidate in the Department of Geography at the University of Kansas (KU) and currently serves as the Haskell Environmental Research Studies Institute (HERS) Program Coordinator and a Graduate Research Assistant for the KU Institute for Policy and Social Research. She is also a TCU Alum (graduated from Haskell Indian Nations University) and enjoys working with Native students and designing educational environments to help them in their academic journey.


Registration is free and limited to 30 participants. Refreshments and a boxed lunch will be provided for attendees. Registration deadline is March 2, 2023
