Text Message Request

This tool helps us organize and schedule campaigns effectively.

Please complete all fields with detailed information to ensure your request is clear and aligned with communication goals. If you have any supporting documents, such as distribution lists, please attach them.


Important Notes:

  • Request Deadline: Campaign requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance to allow time for message development, approval and scheduling. Late submissions may result in delays or the inability to accommodate the request.
  • Message Development: The Director of Strategic Enrollment will craft the final message based on your submission and send it to you for approval before distribution.
  • Reply Management: The Director of Strategic Enrollment will also handle replies to the message, responding to general questions and directing recipients to the appropriate resources.

Specify your department to help us understand the context of your campaign.

Give your campaign a clear and concise title for reference.

Indicate the preferred date of your message. Please ensure this is at least two weeks from the submission date.

Define who the message is intended for (e.g., prospective students, current students, parents).

Describe what you hope to achieve with this message (e.g., drive event attendance, increase enrollment inquiries, share important deadlines).

Draft the key information or points you’d like included in the text message. The Director of Strategic Enrollment will refine this into a final message for approval.

State the measurable or desired results of the campaign (e.g., X number of RSVPs, Y percent of responses).
