If you are the head coach of more than one participant team in the PA Classics BOYS Winter College Showcase, or should you have a special circumstance that you'd like us to try and work around, we ask that you complete this form.

There is no guarantee that we will be able to resolve your listed coaching conflicts, but we will do our best to accommodate you provided that we know of your issues by the deadline of Sunday, November 16, 2025.

At most we will be able to assist a Head Coach that has two (2) teams. Assisting with three (3) teams will be almost impossible, and U15 aged teams (who play in a slightly different geographical area) are the hardest to accommodate with other age group teams.

All coaches should take the time between application to the event and kick-off to make sure they have an assistant coach available should a conflict arise or be unsolvable.
