Welcome to the on-line registration system for the Regulatory Education Program. This registration form is for access to the recorded REP sessions that have been delivered in the past. If you are seeking to access a live session, please use the REP Registration (On-line Sessions) form.

Due to system limitations, you may only register for one event per form submission. You can register for as many sessions as you wish; however, you must complete this form for each session. To help you in this, the form will automatically reload once you make your initial registration submission.

Please note that the confirmation of registration process is fully automated. Please be sure to enter your email address carefully to ensure receipt of the email with the link to stream the recorded session. Finally, you are being asked to provide your name and registration number information. CE credits will be available for individuals who view the recording in its entirety. A link to obtain a Certificate of Completion will be provided during the recording.
