Fill out the form below to begin your dog’s reservation request.

*Please allow at least 72 hours advance notice.

*Keep in mind that there is a limit of two dogs per reservation and dogs must be under 70lbs. You also must have a current reservation with us prior to filling out this request.

*Non refundable pet fee of $225 per pet will be due at acceptance of condo assignment.

*Availability is limited. All requests will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

*We are currently accepting requests for Eagle Trace, Summit, Woodstone, and Regal Vistas.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

ALTERING THE PARAMETERS OF ANY RESERVATION APPROVED FOR DOG-FRIENDLY IMMEDIATELY NULLIFIES THE APPROVAL OF THE REQUEST. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR DATES OR UNIT TYPE IF YOU RECEIVE AN APPROVAL.

ADA certified service animals are not pets and are exempt from this policy. Please do not submit this application for ADA service animals or any animal other than dogs under 70 lbs. Please note, the ADA does NOT recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals. If you have an ESA, it is considered a companion animal and subject to the pet policy.
