I grant the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust and/or Rescue and/or VI Marketing and Branding, its affiliates, successors and any person acting under its permission and authority (hereinafter called TSET), the right and permission to use, reproduce, publish and broadcast photos, videos and audio recording of me and my property. I hereby grant, assign, and transfer to TSET all rights and interest therein. I agree that all such photos, videos, audio recordings and transcriptions and/or reproductions thereof, are and shall remain the property of TSET.

I specifically authorize and empower TSET to cause any such photo and videos of me and my property, and recordings of my voice, to be copyrighted or in any other manner to be legally registered in the name of TSET. I, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby remise, release and discharge TSET for and from any and all claims of any kind whatsoever on account of the use of such videotapes, films and photographs of me and my property and recordings of my voice, including but not limited to any and all claims for damages for libel, slander and invasion of the right of privacy. I am of lawful age and sound mind and have read and understand this Authorization and Release.
