GSSNV Troop/Girl Donation Form

Sponsorship and Donation Guidelines

Sponsors play a vital role in helping girls participate in Girl Scouts, complete community projects, and achieve high awards.

Donation & Sponsorship Approval Process

Any donation or sponsorship valued at $200 or more must receive prior approval from GSSNV before being accepted.
For recurring donations, a separate form must be submitted for each individual donation.
Submit the approval form before requesting or accepting a donation. GSSNV will review and respond with approval or further questions within 10 business days.

Important Guidelines

Troops and girls must be in good financial standing with council.
Significant or recurring donations may be subject to additional review or specific guidelines.
Cash and in-kind donations cannot be accepted for the sole benefit of an individual Girl Scout.
Girl Scouts are not permitted to directly request cash donations.
