  • This form can be used multiple times for each individual promotional effort. The more individual promotions submitted by a Chapter, the greater the chances to win.​
  • All WEC promotions must be submitted using this form by Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 11:59pm (CDT).​
  • Only Chapters are eligible to participate.​
