"You're entitled to 15 days of vacation per year. This vacation time doesn't accrue and is renewed on your anniversary date of hire. You also accumulate sick time at a rate of 8 hours per month, up to a maximum of 1040 hours, until the end of your employment. Neither vacation nor sick leave is eligible for payout when you leave the job."
