This application is to show interest in participating in the 2025 ESTA EMT Class. The class will begin in the August 11, 2025. Completion of this application does not guarantee admission into the class. Tuition for the program is $1500 and is due no later than July 15, 2025. A separate email will be sent with a link to pay. Priority registration will be given to the following groups

• Persons who reside in the boundaries of Sky Valley Fire's response area
• Members affiliated with a local fire department or EMS agency including Search and Rescue
• Students of vocational Firefighting training programs

Additional spots will be based on availability. If there is more applicants then spots available, applicants will be chosen at random via a lottery.

In addition to the Tuition, students will be required to purchase one pair of navy blue work pants, one belt and one pair of non porous black shoes.

ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A CERTIFIED EMT BASIC IS REQUIRED TO TAKE THE CLASS

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS INCLUDING ALL REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
