Student Tech Support Request

We understand that tech issues can be frustrating when you are trying to complete your coursework. ICC is committed to helping you to resolve any tech issues that we can help with.


Step 1: Review the FAQ section of your course to see if there is a quick answer for you about your issue.


Step 2: If you are still having tech trouble, please complete this request and provide full details of your issue. If you have given us the details of your tech issue, we may be able to resolve it internally and send you a message of resolution.


If not, we will contact you as soon as possible today if this is a business day (Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm PDT) or within 24 hours if today is a holiday or after business hours.


If you feel that your request is extremely urgent, please fill out the form and also please call 626-344-7783. Working together, we will figure it out and get you back on track to complete your work!
