Part C IDEA Fiscal Forum 2025 Attendee Registration

The Center for IDEA Fiscal Reporting (CIFR) invites Part C coordinators and IDEA state fiscal staff to attend the Part C IDEA Fiscal Forum 2025 in May. With the theme Foundations and Fundamentals for the Future, the conference brings together state staff, technical assistance providers from multiple centers, and OSEP staff to share expertise on critical IDEA fiscal issues.


  • Begins: 9 a.m., Tuesday, May 13
  • Ends: 12 p.m., Thursday, May 15
  • Location: The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center, 1 E Pershing Rd, Kansas City, MO 64108


Part C IFF 2025 participants will:

  • learn how to improve the implementation of IDEA fiscal requirements, ensuring appropriate use and oversight of Part C funds,
  • enhance their state’s capacity to collect, report, and use special education fiscal data, and
  • collaborate with colleagues within and across states to support continued learning.

Hotel Reservation

Are you designated as one of the two individuals in your state for which lodging will be covered by CIFR?*

Please consult your Part C coordinator or supervisor if unsure. If your state does not allow for outside payors, please select "No".

If no, you'll need to book your own lodging at the event hotel using the negotiated rate. Details will be in your confirmation email, and you’ll be responsible for any charges and changes to your reservation.

If yes, CIFR will reserve a room for you at the event hotel for the dates you indicate below. Your name will be added to a master rooming list and charged directly to CIFR (plan to provide a credit card at check-in for any incidentals).


If you need to cancel or modify your hotel stay, please email lsalaza@wested.org at least 72 hours before your booked arrival.

Please indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Complimentary morning coffee and tea, as well as working lunch will be provided on Tuesday and Thursday.
