College of Science Proposal Assistance Request
Please identify the Sponsor's submission deadline or a target proposal submission deadline. It is helpful for you to estimate a due date even if one has not been specified by the sponsor. Please note that requests for proposal assistance must be received a minimum of 15 business days prior to a Sponsor deadline to ensure adequate resources and time.
If we are a subawardee, this should be our direct Sponsor. If you know who the Prime Sponsor is, please include that as well. Example: University of Notre Dame (sub NSF)
Please include any links to the Solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) or the Sponsor's website link(s) to application instructions.
Please note that only select College of Science Units are accepted at this time. If the Lead PI does not belong to one of the Units listed, please contact sponsor@email.arizona.edu to ask for guidance.
If applicable, please include the name of your Steward Observatory Program Manager you would like to have included on all email correspondence.
Please attach any Sponsor Specific forms you may have, draft proposal documents, draft contracts/funding agreements, application forms, and any details on project personnel, subawardees, desired vendors, etc. which may help us more fully understand the needs of the request for assistance.
Please provide a dollar estimate for this proposal.
Will an F&A waiver request (reduction or waiver from regular, federally negotiated F&A rates) be required? Please note that these requests require additional time for review and approval and are seldom approved.
Will there be subawards on this project? Please note that proposals that include subawards require additional time and should be received a minimum of 20 business days prior to a Sponsor deadline to ensure adequate resources and time.
Please provide the following information for each Subrecipient: 1) Subawardee Institution/Organization name, 2) PI name and email address, 3) Subawardee Research Contact name and email address.
Please provide any additional notes or information that might be helpful for the initial review and understanding.
