Make buying SCRIP even easier by completing this reoccurring order form. Your payment will be deducted automatically from your FACTS account. Gift cards will be sent home with your child the Thursday or Friday after the payment is processed.


As with all SCRIP purchases you earn both a tuition credit (your family earns half the rebate provided by the retailer on your purchases) and a 1⁄2 hour of volunteer service hour credit for every $100 you spend!

I authorize St. Louis School to deduct the gift card amount indicated above on the 5th/20th of each month through May 2024 in payment of a gift card purchase to the store in the amount indicated on this form. By checking the box below, I agree to have my purchase of SCRIP deducted through the FACTS Tuition Management Program on the date(s) noted above each month through the end of May 2024.
